Join us for a special evening for our Terrior to Table: Bloom Dinner, a seasonal celebration of one of the most critical and beautiful stages in the vineyard’s lifecycle.
Bloom is the period when grapevines flower. A delicate, fragrant stage that signals the start of fruit development. It’s a key milestone in the growing season, determining both the potential yield and quality of the vintage to come. The evening begins with a special vineyard tour led by owner and winemaker Todd Henkle, offering insight into this pivotal moment in the growing season, followed by a 4-course dinner by Chef Hillenbrand paired with Lost Creek wines.
While we can’t host this dinner at our Lost Creek estate vineyard, we’re thrilled to share this experience in a beautiful vineyard setting at Walsh Family Wine.

Magic on the Mountain Wine Dinner – A Celebration of Vineyards, Visionaries, and the Blue Ridge
Join us for an unforgettable evening on May 31st at 6:30pm as we celebrate the extraordinary wines and winemakers of a truly special place—the western slope of the Blue Ridge Mountains, just outside Bluemont, Virginia.
Magic on the Mountain brings together four passionate wine producers—Walsh Family Wine, October One Vineyard, Lost Creek Winery, and Bluemont Vineyard—each rooted in this unique terroir, where mountain breezes, ancient soils, and a shared devotion to craft converge to create something magical in the glass.
The evening begins with a flight of expressive wines from each producer, each telling a story of the land and the people who shape it. Then, gather at the table for a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner, with each course artfully paired to highlight the wines and elevate the experience.
This intimate dinner takes place at Walsh Family Wine and features a rare opportunity to connect directly with the winemakers and owners behind these celebrated vineyards. Their shared love for this region, and for the craft of winemaking, shines through in every pour and every conversation.

Budbreak Wine Dinner
Celebrate the start of the growing season with our Budbreak Wine Dinner, part of the Terroir to Table Series. Begin the evening with a guided tasting seminar of four Lost Creek wines led by owner and winemaker Todd Henkle, exploring how terroir and budbreak shape each vintage. Then, savor a seasonal four-course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Steven Hillenbrand, thoughtfully paired with Lost Creek wines. It's an evening of flavor, connection, and storytelling—from vine to glass to plate.
The dinner will be hosted at Walsh Family Wine at 16031 Hillsboro Road, Purcellville, VA and will take place on the patio overlooking their vineyard. In case of rain we will relocate to the Garden Room inside.

Patowmack Farm Wine Dinner
Loudoun is lucky to have one of the top restaurants in the country right here in our own backyard. Beverly Morton’s Patowmack Farm, with it’s fare deeply rooted in farm-to-table philosophies, has been a staple of our community for almost three decades. Her goal is to nourish our community and our environment with a sustainable system; promote education about what we consume; and serve the freshest food from our farm along with other local ingredients. She encourages “earth to table”, using the property’s fields as the chef’s pantry.
At Lost Creek, we are always honored to partner with Beverly and her culinary team on elegant wine dinners, and on March 9th we will be doing it again! Join Todd and Aimee as we enjoy a four-course dinner expertly crafted by Executive Chef Colby Janowitz paired with award-winning wines from Lost Creek.

Virginia Wine Expo
Visit Lost Creek Winery at the Virginia Wine Expo held at Richmond’s beautiful Main Street Station. Here you can spend an entire afternoon or evening strolling from table to table tasting hundreds of wines from Virginia. The Walk-Around Grand Tasting is the heart of the Expo, perfect for both passionate wine enthusiasts and novice drinkers who enjoy tasting and learning about fine wine and food. Between Saturday and Sunday there are five entry times for this event - see details here.

Todd and I are so excited to be hosting our first pickup week since we moved. A couple of special things we have lined up for our Lost Creek Members during Pickup Week.
I am putting together a wine flight that will feature of two of Lost Creek new releases - Genesis 2021 and Tannat 2021 along with a Tannat from Uruguay. Loudoun has a special partnership with winemakers from Uruguay and Todd has been working on a team to highlight Tannat in Loudoun. We can't wait to share more about those experiences.
We will be offering $10 cheese and charcuterie boards during your visit as well as applying your club level discount to any food menu purchases.
