Bloom is the period when grapevines flower. A delicate, fragrant stage that signals the start of fruit development. It’s a key milestone in the growing season, determining both the potential yield and quality of the vintage to come. Patowmack Farm Wine Dinner
Loudoun is lucky to have one of the top restaurants in the country right here in our own backyard. Beverly Morton’s Patowmack Farm, with it’s fare deeply rooted in farm-to-table philosophies, has been a staple of our community for almost three decades. Her goal is to nourish our community and our environment with a sustainable system; promote education about what we consume; and serve the freshest food from our farm along with other local ingredients. She encourages “earth to table”, using the property’s fields as the chef’s pantry.
At Lost Creek, we are always honored to partner with Beverly and her culinary team on elegant wine dinners, and on March 9th we will be doing it again! Join Todd and Aimee as we enjoy a four-course dinner expertly crafted by Executive Chef Colby Janowitz paired with award-winning wines from Lost Creek.

Here you can spend an entire afternoon or evening strolling from table to table tasting hundreds of wines from Virginia. The Walk-Around Grand Tasting is the heart of the Expo, perfect for both passionate wine enthusiasts and novice drinkers who enjoy tasting and learning about fine wine and food.
