The evening begins with owner and winemaker Todd Henkle sharing harvest stories from the vineyard and cellar—what was picked, when, and why—along with insights into fermentation, early impressions, and challenges of the season. The night continues with a thoughtfully crafted four-course dinner paired with Lost Creek wines, marking the culmination of the growing season and the transformation from fruit to wine.
