Executive Chef Christian Evans is delivering the true farm to table experience this January! Items harvested from our bountiful garden this year and preserved to be enjoyed again in the winter. This is the “Echelon” of our gardens as it can only happen in the best growing years!

Join us on this new addition to our dinner series and explore a fun 5-course food and wine pairing with us. Please note: This is a 21 and older tasting menu. Price includes food and wine. 20% gratuity applied at checkout. Event will be moved inside the tasting room in case of rain. Seating is individual tables.
