Family owned and operated, Lost Creek Winery & Vineyards is the passion of Bob and Carol Hauck. When visiting the Winery you will be welcomed by a warm family atmosphere and some of Virginia’s finest wines.

We invite everyone to stop by for a winery tour and to sample our wines. Whether you are a wine enthusiast, new to wine drinking, a tourist, or just passing through, you will find something to enjoy in our wines, our cozy tasting room, our outdoor patio and our light gourmet fare. We also pride ourselves in selling local products, arts and crafts.

About Lost Creek

According to Bob, "Owning a vineyard has been a life-long passion". Growing up in a largely Italian neighborhood, Bob found himself "helping everyone in the neighborhood make wine". So in 1995, he and his wife Carol purchased 52 acres and began building their dream. Within a year they started planting vines and by 2001 they produced their very first vintage.

Since then, they continue to add a couple more acres of new vines each year. They have a diverse collection of varietals, including Niagra, Chardonnay, Vidal Blanc, Chambourcin, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Zinfandel. All wines are estate grown with their signature wines being their Vidal Blanc and their Merlot.

Bob and Carol want "everyone who comes through the door to be happy and have a good time"... and that's their goal: to see their customers enjoying themselves by continuing to make good wines.
