Sparkling & white Wines
THIBAUT-JANNISON SPARKLING: A Sparkling Cuvee, made of 100% Chardonnay from the Monticello Appellation, has vibrant aromas of pear and ripe apples.
2012 CHARDONNAY: Pale gold and graceful, its structure comes from good acidity; its slight natural sweetness from high quality, estate-grown fruit.
2014 CHARDONNAY RESERVE: Delicate Burgundian Chardonnay made from 100% estate grown grapes, barrel fermented and aged for 10 months in French oak.
2015 VIDAL BLANC: 100% estate grown, fermented in stainless steel. Bright yellow-gold and dazzlingly with hints of citrus..
2015 SERENITY: 100% estate grown Vidal Blanc, fermented in stainless steel. Refreshing and bright with a friendly sweetness (1.5% residual sugar).
ROSÉ & RED WINES
2015 ROSÉ: Soft, subtle off-dry rosé (0.8% residual sugar) made from a blend of 7% barrel-aged Merlot and stainless steel aged Vidal Blanc.
2014 TRINITY: Trinity is the "third blend" of 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Cabernet Franc and 15% Merlot and is aged in French oak for 18 months.
2014 GENESIS: Right bank style Bordeaux blend of 68% Merlot, 29% Cabernet Franc and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon. This 100% Virginia wine is aged in French oak for 18 months.
2014 PROVENANCE: Our flagship red wine is a left bank style Bordeaux blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc and 13% Merlot. This 100% Virginia wine is aged in French oak for 18 months and bottled in March 2016.
