Aimee Henkle, Owner

Owner, Aimee Henkle, brings more than 16 years experience in global operations and has a proven track record of propelling entrepreneurial startups and leading multi-million dollar global operations. She most recently was Vice President of Supply Chain for the local upstart, Her career has spanned across companies such as Intel & Danaher and she holds a BSEE from UT Austin and an MSEE and MBA from MIT. Her passion for wine and love for business, Virginia and Loudoun County has driven her to purchase Lost Creek. Her goal is to show how great Virginia wines can be.

Todd Henkle

TOdd Henkle, Owner & WINEMAKER

Owner, Todd Henkle, is an accomplished operations and finance executive with 19 years’ experience at large, multi-national corporations, global mid-market companies, and small, entrepreneurial firms. Todd is the winemaker at Lost Creek. His career started at Intel and expanded into driving growth for start-up companies. Todd holds a BSME from Colorado University, a MS in Manufacturing Systems from UT Austin and an MBA from Babson College. His passion for growing small start-ups has driven him to dedicate his time fully to Lost Creek.


Derek Paulus, Chef

Chef Derek grew up in the San Fransisco bay area immersed in a food and wine culture at an early age. Only a hour drive from Napa Valley & Sonoma, he would spend weekends enjoying fine foods paired with flavorful wines. From this early experience, he became passionate about cooking and now touts 20 years of culinary experience. He brings a passion and love for creating and cooking delectable dishes. HIs motto "If you don't love doing something, then don't do it at all!.

JACKIE MOE, Sales Director

Our Sales Director, Jackie Moe, comes to us with over 20 years of wedding and event management experience. Jackie previously owned her own event and wedding business where she was featured in The Knot for one of the Top 10 beautiful weddings. She then had the opportunity to travel abroad where she managed events in the UK at unique venues like Whitstable Castle & Gardens. We are excited to have Jackie join our team after returning home to Northern Virginia in 2018.


Shaye Sullivan, event manager

Our Event Manager, Shaye Sullivan, has over 6 years of events experience ranging from small gatherings to large private events. She has a great passion for customer service and throughly enjoys making your event a great experience. Shaye graduated from Auburn University in 2015 with a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management and was recently the Food & Beverage Manager for Modus Hotels in Washington DC before joining the Lost Creek team in June 2017.
