Aimee Henkle, Owner

Owner, Aimee Henkle, brings more than 16 years experience in global operations and has a proven track record of propelling entrepreneurial startups and leading multi-million dollar global operations. She most recently was Vice President of Supply Chain for the local upstart, CustomInk.com. Her career has spanned across companies such as Intel & Danaher and she holds a BSEE from UT Austin and an MSEE and MBA from MIT. Her passion for wine and love for business, Virginia and Loudoun County has driven her to purchase Lost Creek. Her goal is to show how great Virginia wines can be.

Todd Henkle

TOdd Henkle, Owner & WINEMAKER

Owner, Todd Henkle, is an accomplished operations and finance executive with 19 years’ experience at large, multi-national corporations, global mid-market companies, and small, entrepreneurial firms. Todd is the winemaker at Lost Creek. His career started at Intel and expanded into driving growth for start-up companies. Todd holds a BSME from Colorado University, a MS in Manufacturing Systems from UT Austin and an MBA from Babson College. His passion for growing small start-ups has driven him to dedicate his time fully to Lost Creek.

Sharon Haughton, Executive Chef

Our Executive Chef, Sharon, pursued her culinary passion attending Le Cordon Bleu College and receiving her degree in Culinary Arts. She has been a personal chef and owner of her own catering company prior to joining the Lost Creek team in 2017. She received her WSET Level 2 certification in wine and has a great eye for perfectly pairing food & wine. Sharon guides our Tasting Room Kitchen & Catering team.to develop creative cuisine perfect for Lost Creek.

JACKIE MOE, Sales Director

Our Sales Director, Jackie Moe, comes to us with over 20 years of wedding and event management experience. Jackie previously owned her own event and wedding business where she was featured in The Knot for one of the Top 10 beautiful weddings. She then had the opportunity to travel abroad where she managed events in the UK at unique venues like Whitstable Castle & Gardens. We are excited to have Jackie join our team after returning home to Northern Virginia in 2018.

Patricia malatt, event manager

Our Event Manager, Patricia Malatt, has over 3 years of events experience ranging from small gatherings to large private events. She has a great passion for customer service and throughly enjoys making your event a great experience. Patricia graduated from the University of South Carolin in 2015 with a MS in Sports and Entertainment Management and was recently the Event Manager for Spectra Venue Management before joining the Lost Creek team in May 2018.
