Aimee Henkle, Owner
Owner, Aimee Henkle, brings more than 16 years experience in global operations and has a proven track record of propelling entrepreneurial startups and leading multi-million dollar global operations. She most recently was Vice President of Supply Chain for the local upstart, CustomInk.com. Her career has spanned across companies such as Intel & Danaher and she holds a BSEE from UT Austin and an MSEE and MBA from MIT. Her passion for wine and love for business, Virginia and Loudoun County has driven her to purchase Lost Creek. Her goal is to show how great Virginia wines can be.
Todd Henkle, Owner
Owner, Todd Henkle, is an accomplished operations and finance executive with 19 years’ experience at large, multi-national corporations, global mid-market companies, and small, entrepreneurial firms. Todd is currently General Manager of Lost Creek. His career started at Intel and expanded into driving growth for start-up companies. Todd holds a BSME from Colorado University, a MS in Manufacturing Systems from UT Austin and an MBA from Babson College. His passion for growing small start-ups has driven him to dedicate his time fully to Lost Creek.
Sebastien Marquet, Consulting Winemaker & Viticulturist
Consulting winemaker Sebaastien Marquet brings more than 25 years of experience to overseeing the wine program at Lost Creek. Hailing from Burgundy, Sebastien attended the Lycee Viticole et Oenolgue de Beaune in Burgundy, and continued to make wine in Langeudoc Roussillon, the Caribbean, and California before settling in Virginia. After five harvests here, Marquet has collected numerous awards for his Virginia wines, including coveted Governors Cup medals.
Melissa Candreva, Director of Sales
Our Director of Events & Sales, Melissa Candreva comes to us with over 14 years of sales and event management experience. Her event specialties are Festivals and Weddings. Melissa has a strong background in Customer Service, Sales and Business. She graduated from Longwood University in 2003 and spent the next several years working in the private education sector at both the Elementary and Preschool level as first a Teacher, then a Program Director and finally as a Principal. Throughout her years in education she organized, ran and marketed many festivals/special events.
Lauren Pirri, Event Manager
Our Event Manager, Lauren Pirri has over 9 years of events experience ranging from small gatherings to large trade shows. She has a great passion for customer service and throughly enjoys making your event a great experience. Lauren graduated from Millersville University in 2012 and obtained her wedding planning certification in 2014. She joined the Lost Creek team in March 2016.
